The Project Manager for DOT/Precast/Concrete will be responsible for managing all aspects of precast concrete projects, from conception to completion. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in concrete and precast concrete construction, as well as strong project management skills.

Position Overview
The Project Manager for DOT/Precast/Concrete will be responsible for managing all aspects of precast concrete projects, from conception to completion. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in concrete and precast concrete construction, as well as strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of precast concrete projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any delays or potential risks.
- Manage project budgets and ensure all costs are accurately tracked and reported.
- Supervise and lead on-site teams, ensuring they are following project plans and safety protocols.
- Communicate project updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in precast concrete construction.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of concrete and precast concrete construction processes.
- Experience with managing and leading on-site teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience with DOT, Highway, Civil, Underground, Retaining Walls, Concrete, Barriers, Storm drainage, Precast, Prefab, Concrete, Pump Stations, etc
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
- Certification in Project Management.
