Your experience and qualifications are reflected in your salary, which comes out to $90,000 - $110,000/year. You have a standard 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule, with some evenings and weekends depending on the project. As for our excellent benefits, we offer:

YOUR IMPACT

As our Project Manager, you're responsible for coordinating jobs from beginning to end and leading your team to success. You collaborate with industry professionals and end-users to design and install electrical systems for schools, studios, entertainment spaces, houses of worship, and other facilities. No matter what the job is, you strive to get everything done on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Communication and coordination are key as you set timelines, delegate tasks, review drawings, perform site surveys, and squash any problems that arise. You ensure your team completes quality work, and you provide the client with regular job updates. As you lead kickoff meetings, maintain documentation, answer client questions, and train up-and-coming project managers, you play an essential role in our growth and success!

ARE YOU WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Ability to obtain required clearances
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Google Workspace and project management software
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle several projects simultaneously
• Construction and/or Entertainment Experience

To excel in this project management position, you should have above-average leadership skills as well as excellent planning and forecasting skills. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills would be preferred.
