Responsibilities:
- A Project Manager Mid is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. They oversee all aspects of a project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Leading project teams and coordinating activities to ensure that project goals are met.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.
- Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.
- Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress.
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.
- Project Managers Mid should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- They should also be proficient in project management software and tools. PMP Required for all Project Management roles
Requirements:
- Experience with managing projects in the Utility field.
- Looking for electrical only, distribution or transmission relocation projects.
- Utility/Electrical Distributions
- Financial understanding- (building budget, scheduling and forecasting)
- Engineering background (electrical)
- Good customer service
- Communication
- Utility/Electrical Distributions
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor Minimum (Engineering/Construction Management/ Project Management)
- PMP
- Microsoft programs
- CAD
- Power BI
- Smartsheet
- Primavera (preferred)
- Manages 12-15 projects at a time
- English speaking
- Previous Client candidates are ok
- Civil experience is preferred
- Ability to read plans
