About the Job
BestLogic Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale, complex building projects. This individual will be responsible for the overall technical content, safety, and accuracy of assigned projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, ensuring project milestones are met, and quality standards are upheld.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP consulting, hands-on experience, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Oversight:
- Manage and oversee technical content for projects, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Establish project due dates and schedules in collaboration with the Team Leader, Principal-in-Charge, and client.
- Oversee and coordinate submissions, including updating backgrounds and progress sets.
- Technical and Administrative Duties:
- Conduct technical reviews to maintain high-quality project deliverables.
- Write proposals and review billing.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Coordinate and support the efforts of a skilled engineering team.
- Foster collaboration to deliver creative and efficient solutions.
- Client and Business Development:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP consulting.
- Licensure:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
