Project Manager - Bestlogic Staffing

BestLogic Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale, complex building projects. This individual will be responsible for the overall technical content, safety, and accuracy of assigned projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, ensuring project milestones are met, and quality standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP consulting, hands-on experience, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Oversight:
  • Manage and oversee technical content for projects, ensuring safety and accuracy.
  • Establish project due dates and schedules in collaboration with the Team Leader, Principal-in-Charge, and client.
  • Oversee and coordinate submissions, including updating backgrounds and progress sets.
• Technical and Administrative Duties:
  • Conduct technical reviews to maintain high-quality project deliverables.
  • Write proposals and review billing.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Team Leadership:
  • Coordinate and support the efforts of a skilled engineering team.
  • Foster collaboration to deliver creative and efficient solutions.
• Client and Business Development:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP consulting.
• Licensure:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
