Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years in marine construction, preferably in commercial or residential settings. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Lead and coordinate marine construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marine construction, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
