Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resources needed.
Oversee the procurement process, including the issuance and tracking of purchase orders.
Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and moving forward according to plan.
Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing project management, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, including purchase orders.
Solid financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and finances.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and importance.
High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
