Project Manager - Novalink Solutions LLC

This is a position needed for the development and support of critical priority applications in the Division of

Employment and Training and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Candidates will play an integral

role on self directed work teams in support of high priority development projects. Project work will include:

project management and status reporting on application architecture design and development, integration

with 3rd party software, data conversion, new development and modifications to existing code.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in managing projects tasked with designing,

creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and Agile Scrum

development methodology.

Hardware/Software Environment

VB.NET, C#, Object Oriented Design, MVC, MVVM, Visual Studio.NET, MS Team Foundation Server,

Oracle PL-SQL, Google Cloud, GitHub, Blazor Framework, Jira

Additional Comments

Previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting or case management is required.

Previous work experience in online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and

batch processing required.

Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure Cloud experience preferred.

The successful candidate will be highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good

communicator, and an overall team player. All candidates submitted with inconsistencies or falsifications

Top Required Skills and Years' Experience:

- 8 years of experience in Agile Scrum Application Development Methodology

- 12 years of experience performing technical project management of application development teams

Nice to Have Skills:

- Scripting (Winbatch, BCScript, AutoIT, PowerShell)

- MVVM experience

- Oracle/Oracle SQL tuning experience

- Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD's environments will be especially valuable.
