JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description We are looking for proactive leaders with
excellent technical, business, and interpersonal skills whose primary
roles are to lead, and manage projects of varying scope and complexity.
You will provide leadership and mentoring for Project Architects, Design
Architects, Interior Designers and other team members within and outside
of project teams. The Fundamentals Positive attitude. Responsible for
leading projects of varying scopes and complexities; lead design
entitlement and zoning variances when applicable. Responsible for
fostering positive client relationships, contracts, scheduling, and
project financial health and oversight. Responsible for fostering
positive internal and external project team relationships. Responsible
for mentoring staff; working alongside the entire team to delegate tasks
appropriately. Licensed Architect preferably with 5+ years project
manager experience (expected to stamp project drawings). Familiarity
with State of Wisconsin DHS Codes. Familiarity with NFPA 101 Life Safety
Codes and FGI Guidelines. Responsible for ensuring tasks are being
performed for all facets of the project including design and aesthetic
review of spaces, implementation and technical documentation, quality
control, and construction administration activities. The Fine Print:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Knowledgeable in
the use of Revit. Work is performed five days a week with a minimum four
days per week physically present in the MKE office. Eppstein Uhen
