Hybrid. 3 days onsite at Lisle, 2 days remote. the 3 days ultimately depends on project and team structure.
MUST HAVE: Primarily looking for Project Managers with 10yrs Exp in banking/financial services sector or track record of deploying financial systems/erp s (the description you pasted above), or experience in truck/auto sector. A candidate with OLFM will be a huge plus and could make the difference between receiving an interview request or not.++++++
Experience managing successful large scale corporate ERP projects in the Finance, Leasing and Treasury Cash Management system spaces. Application experience requested: Oracle Lease Finance Management (OLFM), PeopleSoft FSCM, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, and Baan IV. Experience with integration/interface technologies and middleware such as ETL,SOA, CTRL-M and Cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS is a plus.
" Experience managing successful large scale Product Development/Manufacturing projects. Application experience requested: Rockwell MES, Prostep Product Structure Exchange/PLM/PDM, EDI, OTA (Over the Air) Update solutions, and Service Tools/Diagnostics for Module Flashing/Parameter Programming/Fault Code Diagnostics Support. Experience in North America Truck OEMs, Heavy Equipment manufacturing, or Aerospace/Defense industries is preferred.
The IT Project Manager Initiates, Plans, Executes, Controls and Closes multiple simultaneous IT Projects. Leads cross-functional teams to complete tasks and deliverables according to the project schedule, on time and with quality. Applies the Navistar IT process to lead projects to completion both on schedule and within budget. Requires people and resource management skills through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete projects. Successful candidates will demonstrate a history of success leading teams in a matrixed organization structure, and success in leading without direct authority. Ultimate responsibility for the success of the project toward achieving financial and performance targets resides with the Project Manager.
Leads cross-functional teams focused on delivery of IT projects. Coordinates work performed by internal staff and external partners/customers by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans, schedules and budgets and manages all implementation processes including interdepartmental meetings, technical and functional resource identification and allocation, project timeline and progress tracking, change control process, testing, documentation, training and interdepartmental communications and activity management to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints. Selects, develops and evaluates team resources to ensure efficient operation of the project and its goals. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.

" STRONG Project Manager skillset (PM Processes/Best Practices). 5+ years corporate PM experience completing large scale/complex implementations with large/detailed project plans (critical path timelines in MSP) and budgets, skilled problem solver and change champion/leader.

" Experience speaking in large groups and delivering presentations to executive leadership. Must be able to take take leadership feedback, quickly absorb and make decisions. Experience managing IT vendors (system integrators) adhering to SOW/T&C, scope management and external vendor financials is required.
" PMP and Agile certified

" Master of Business Administration preferred and a strong working knowledge of project finance is a must.
" Must be comfortable for up to 20% domestic travel.

Additional Requirements:
" Proficiency developing detailed project schedules and performing critical path analysis using Microsoft Project is required.
" Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word are required
" Experience implementing large scale and complex IT initiatives and managing their budgets is required.
" Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
" PMP or PgMP certification.
" Agile experience (recent practical experience preferred) and certifications such as CSM/SCM (etc.) receive preference.
