Job Description
Strong Mechanical experience for the ability to set, level and adjust large complex machinery.
Detailed Description of Responsibilities:
Support the upcoming TMNA Production Engineering Project for the battery plant.
Support planning for installation of machines and processes related to the new production lines.
Support construction management of contractors tasked with equipment installation.
Confirm installation quality of machines and processes related to the new / modified production lines.
Support PE with the planning and assessment of feasible options for construction related activity.
Liaison for TMNA PE to construction contractor to validate for project management.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Experience in construction environment, with previous history in project management / supervision of large-scale schedule driven activity.
Understanding Mechanical, Electrical and Fluid specifications for procuring equipment for install.
Strong Mechanical experience for the ability to set, level and adjust large complex machinery.
Schedule of Client and understanding of overall schedule for large job completions.
Understanding and strong utilization of MS Excel, Word, and PPT.
Ability to use AutoCAD for drawing review, bid pack creation.
Ability for business travel to other Client facilities for on-the-job training until the North Carolina plant is a functional site.
Bonus:
Previous skilled trades experience a plus. (Ironworker / Millwright / Pipe Fitter)
Experience with machine uncrate, installation, setting, leveling.
