Job Title: Project Manager Level 1

Location: Long Island City, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 72 Months

Job Description:

Project Manager Level I, would have the following credentials, experience and capability:

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in each of the following areas, with greater consideration given to contractors/project managers with more than 5 years of experience:

Serving in an IT project manager role, leading complex, enterprise-wide technical and/or business initiatives.
Creating project management artifacts, including project charters, project plans, timelines (MS Project or other project management software), requirements documents, project andresource planning documents, deployment plans, support plans, risk management and mitigation plans, and conversion plans.
In requirements gathering, business analysis, use case development, and creation of functional requirements documents.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT network architecture, protocols, and best practices, with an understanding of the unique requirements of health lab facilities.
Experience working with network infrastructure vendors, contractors, and specialized healthcare equipment providers.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Currently hold PMP, PMI, or related project management certifications
Must be able to work both on-site and, if needed, remotely.
Level I Project Managers will perform the above tasks under the guidance of the more senior Level II Project Managers.
