Summary of Responsibilities
As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll lead complex custom home remodeling projects from concept to completion. By managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships, you’ll play a vital role in transforming dreams into reality. This position is the heartbeat of our promise to clients — a stress-free, life-enhancing remodeling journey that exceeds their expectations at every step.
Essential Functions
- Building trust-based relationships with Clients to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinating and overseeing all phases of custom home remodeling projects.
- Managing budgets and schedules to ensure projects stay on track.
- Conducting quality inspections to meet Bright Homes’ high standards.
- Leading Trade Partners and Suppliers toward flawless execution.
- Solving challenges creatively and efficiently to keep projects moving forward.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- 5+ years as a Project Manager
- Residential Remodel experience
- Knowledge of custom home construction methods
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Compensation
- $60,000+
- 9 Paid Holidays
- 12 Days PTO
- Company provided work vehicle
