POSITION: Project Manager
DEPARTMENT: Project Management Team
REPORTS TO: Kayla Prater, Administrative & Business Development Manager
JOB SUMMARY: This position carries out the responsibilities of: Administrative support, project management and client services.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Administrative support for fabrication/installation/service of signs.
Daily tasks, to include, but not be limited to:
- The efficient day-to-day operation
- Production of client orders
- Management of projects
- Client services
- Assist Project Management Team as requested but not limited to.
- Customer interactions and production of customer orders
- Client and Landlord approval
- Artwork
- Subcontracting
- Permit request preparation
- Shipment and delivery
- Coordination
- Invoicing
Primary Objectives:
Processing of new and existing orders, with an emphasis on outstanding customer service. Ongoing professional growth and development.
Education and Experience: Experience with general office procedures and Microsoft Office programs
