Project Manager - Gpac

A leading design and build organization has an opening for a Project Manager in the Lafayette area. The company has a strong presence in the agricultural construction sector both locally and nationally. 

The ideal candidate should have strong industrial construction project management experience along witht he ability to oversee teams of people and work along side additional management staff. The Project Manager will be responsible for large industrial projects across the area.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Project oversight of large industrial/agricultural projects 
• Project take-off
• Provide support to company staff and leadership 
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable on company standards 
• Management and oversight of construction teams and staff
• Document proper data and records
• Help increase company presence and projects
• Communicate with Sales staff
• Client interaction

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Industrial or large agricultural construction project management experience
• 2+ years of PM experinece
• Ability to travel
• Knowledge of agricultural facilities and construction is a plus
• Strong management and communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills
• 4-year Construction Management or Engineering Degree
