We are looking for the right fit to fill an opening for a Project Manager who oversees all aspects of a project, from bid acceptance to job closure. Responsibilities include estimating, budgeting, material procurement, manpower coordination, project documentation, fiscal management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay Scale: $95,160 - $105,560 per year depending on experience + performance incentive plan
Job Duties:
- Business development and customer service, including pursuing new opportunities and cultivating existing relationships
- Accurate estimate development, successful project bidding, and effective negotiation
- Fiscal management, encompassing timely billings, budget adherence, change order management, and profit maximization
- Project documentation maintenance, including logs, correspondence, and notifications
- Labor management, motivation of field supervision, and productivity problem identification
- Oversight of direct reports, ensuring adherence to job descriptions and accuracy
- Proper management of customer accounts
- Additional tasks, as assigned, aligned with company values, safety standards, and policies
Required Qualifications:
- Journeyman license
- 7 years of experience as General Foreman, Estimator, and/or Project Engineer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Electrical Apprentice Program graduate
