Project Manager IV at Aditi Consulting

Job Responsibilities:

• The PMP manages multiple projects within large programs sponsored by BIH aimed the discovery of investigational medicines.
• The programs are external collaboration with startups and academic institutions.
• The projects range from short-lived workstreams to multi-months endeavors in support of the programs.
• The PMP works with the Innovation Lead to drive the program, managing all stakeholders.
• The PMP develops, maintains, and catalyzes the implementation of the project management plan.
• The PMP maintains the program and project timelines, and their assumptions and associated risks.
• The PMP proactively supports the project teams in addressing and managing issues, action items, decisions.
• The PMP implements and champions the implementation of best meeting management and documentation practices.
• The PMP deploys fit-for-purpose approaches – predictive, hybrid, agile, etc. – to manage the programs and projects.
• The PMP holds the PMP® certification.
• The PMP has several years of experience managing drug discovery projects in collaboration with external partners.
• The PMP is a power-user of Microsoft 365, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Note:

The PMP works from the BIH in Cambridge, MA at least 3 days a week, from 8AM to 5PM.

The assignment is for 12 months, 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

The PMP reports to the Senior Program Director

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
