We are currently bidding on a contract providing IT and Cyber Security services for the IT Division within the NSWC Corona Division, Corporate Operations Department, supporting the Command Information Office, Information Technology Operations, Information Management Customer Services and Cyber Security.
This opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award to Oneida Technical Solutions.
We will be seeking a Project Manager/IT Portfolio Manager
The Project Manager/IT Portfolio Manager manages, plans, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Reviews project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline
- 10 years professional experience in program/project management for IT programs/projects
- Experience working with DoD / Military customers
- Secret clearance
