Project Manager - IT PMO - Market America Inc

Market America a Global Product Brokerage and Internet Marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our IT Team. Business knowledge in Retail/E-Commerce, Warehouse Management Systems, and/or Supply Chain Management is strongly preferred.

Position Summary-

An IT Project Manager will be responsible for successful delivery of a project while following the process defined by the company. He/She will be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with eCommerce / retail systems is strongly preferred. Agile / Scrum certification and/or experience is required. Will consider candidates with the right combination of equivalent experience, education, and training. It is expected that the Project Manager will continue to increase his/her knowledge of the company’s business rules and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities-

Facilitates meetings to effectively review requirements, set success criteria, and assign tasks.

1. project requirements are met.

Evaluates status of assignments for accuracy and timeliness.

Reports project status correctly and in a timely manner.

Follows the defined SDLC and process.

Ensures that project documents are accurate and complete, and stored appropriately.

Performs GAP analysis of the system to identify dependencies

Works closely with business owners and other stakeholders as well as external vendors.

Resolves conflict among team members for efficient delivery of project.

Identifies projects issues and offers resolutions to efficiently meet project needs.

Reviews all testing results with team for accurate and timely completion.

Complies with company policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications-

Education and Experience:

Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in business management, computer science, or related field.

4 years’ experience in project management

2 years or more in Scrum preferred

3 years’ experience in ecommerce preferred

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile are preferred

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Knowledge of project management

People management

Conflict management

MS Office

JIRA

Confluence
