Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT Infrastructure to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT infrastructure solutions while ensuring that all project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure their requirements are met.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, cloud platforms).
• Ensure a smooth transition to operations teams by providing necessary documentation and training.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices to enhance future project performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in delivering projects related to cloud migration, data center relocation, network upgrades, or similar.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components: servers, storage, networks, cloud (AWS, Azure), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT security standards.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure transformations.

• Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2.
