About the Job
Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree in the healthcare industry or related field
PMP certification or PMO experience
Minimum 2 years project management experience in the healthcare industry
Skills / Knowledge:
Proven implementation and project management skills
Demonstrated success managing complex projects
Self-starter motivation with strong time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on MS Project, Teams, Access, OneNote, Excel and Vision
Proficiency in SharePoint and PowerPoint
Advanced Excel functionality (Pivot Tables, Complex formulas) preferred
Demonstrates strong leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Advanced analytical and reasoning skills
Detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment
Must have a high degree of patience; attention to detail; and excellent writing, interpersonal, solution generation, and organizational skills
Effective conflict management skills

COMPENSATION:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $60,000 - $99,305, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
