**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a creative, highly talented **Project Manager** to lead and execute interdisciplinary building design projects in a collaborative and design-focused environment in our **Boston, Massachusetts** office. The role will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of projects across the project lifecycle - from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration. Responsible for planning and managing project staffing requirements, reporting project performance, and identifying and addressing scope creep, schedule, or quality issues to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects.
The **Project Manager** our team is seeking will lead and execute interdisciplinary projects that fall within our **Aviation or Federal market sector** and will be responsible for the following:
+ Acting as a primary point of contact with the client and managing day-to-day client interaction and expectations
+ Working with interdisciplinary technical leads in the coordinated successful execution of projects in design and construction
+ Reviewing contracts, preparing fee proposals and project execution strategies
+ Managing and leading all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using established processes and tools.
+ Manages one or more complex projects
+ Assumes responsibility (in partnership with the Market Leader and Project Approver) for financial, technical, and design excellence, overall quality and client satisfaction
+ Managing sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverables, and performance
+ Leading the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget
+ Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs to minimize risk
+ Ensures project documents, including legal documents, contracts, and task orders are reviewed, approved, signed, and filed per the AECOM project management framework

**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements :
+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related discipline and four (4) years of project management experience in transportation architecture, infrastructure architecture, Federal projects, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or/education
+ US Citizenship is required for this position
Preferred Qualifications :
+ Six (6) years of experience in a project leadership or management role overseeing complex architectural projects
+ NCARB Certification
+ Proficient in REVIT
+ LEED Certification
+ Demonstrated ability to tailor communication style to different audiences and contexts
+ Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, exhibits thoroughness, maintains excellent organizational skills, and adeptly manages time
+ Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy
+ Experience with public sector agencies or Federal agencies

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $100,000.00 - $145,000.00.
