About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the intake and review of proposals from Vendors to drive the execution of SOWs and Service agreements in partnership with Purchasing, Legal, Study Leads, and Vendors Manage project timelines including driving towards milestones.
- Communicating with study leads to when projects are at risk.
- Manage relationships with vendors including requesting frequent updates on project timelines and budget status.
- Data entry and QC in various platforms.
- Facilitate project/process issue resolution with HEOR scientists, HEOR analysts, finance, purchasing, legal, OEC, Medical, and Commercial colleagues.
- Route documents for approval to ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Recommend and implement process improvement projects.
- Support projects to implement systems to automate processes and maintain systems with a focus on continuous improvements.
- Reviews, updates, and maintains job guides.
- Acts as a coordinating point concerning Contract Template updates with the Technology Licensing and Collaborations team.
- BA/BS; prefer focus in Science, Healthcare, Business, or Project Management along with 3-5 years of experience.
- Advanced technology skills including Microsoft Office and Share Point.
- Proficient in the tools and techniques of Project Management and/or Business Excellence.
- Attention to detail, organization skills and accuracy following step by step work guides.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with familiarity with industry-specific terminology.
- Experience in contracting, compliance, quality, business systems, and/or standard operating procedure (SOP) development.
- Ability to work independently with strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly present, influence, and justify positions and proposals.
- Self-motivated and capable of strategic thinking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the big picture.
- Ability to apply rational decision-making to ambiguous situations and interpret high-level requirements into efficient processes.
