Description:
Coordinate how we explore innovation at United Airlines. Assist in gathering program updates for leadership. Organize idea intake submissions for potential project initiatives. Provide support to lab initiatives. Tracking and Reporting – Collect data and status updates for the full life cycle of all Airshop’s efforts. Compile and distribute reports with this information. Support Airshop initiatives/reservations ensuring Airshop and its partners are prepared for events. Idea Intake support – Backend support for implementing our scoring models and accepting submissions from teams
Support Airshop team’s administrative tasks and ad hoc requests for Airshop pop up events. Research internal and external partners to coordinate introductory calls
Required:
Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in administrative role, Ability to track and ensure accuracy of detailed status updates and reporting. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Professional Suite, especially Planner and PowerPoint. Experience with project management products. Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Detail orientated. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred
Strong research and documentation capabilities. Experience with technology development, testing, and/or implementation. PMP/Project Management Certification. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Professional Suite, especially Planner and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail.
Location: Hybrid with AHNOC and Willis in office expections. Schedule will be adhoc but the candidate should expect to spend 1 day at each office per week.
