Job Description:
Under the direction of the VP of EPMO and IT Governance, implements, executes, controls and completes specific projects and supports IT governance ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Lead project teams responsible for design, testing, planning, and implementation of medium to high complex projects that typically affect many users and/or customers. Supports the IT department with the creation of governance materials and coordination of audit and compliance requests. Works closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure desired end-results.

- Lead with low support from Manager, medium to high complexity Projects or a Program Workstream across HarborOne’s Corporate Business Units.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full scale project plans & timelines.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Maintain a project budget tracker and manage change orders.
- Manage all project documentation (business cases, requirements, RACI, workflows, user test scripts., policies & procedures).
- Establishes key project metrics, KPIs, and tracks during and post project go-live.
- Support the adherence to IT Governance practices.
- Develop project controls and risk management procedures.
- Facilitate the collection of policies, procedures, and data in support of audit and compliance requests.
- Resolves technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate other activities and material creation to ensure compliance with IT Governance standards.
- Develop materials for the Enterprise IT Governance and Enterprise PMO meetings with in input from key stakeholders.
- Leads long term projects with medium complexity; participates in project steering committee meetings.
- Leads teams when multiple divisions are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in sync.
- Works with project team on communicating to stakeholders at different points in the project and seeks feedback on adjusting communication methods related to RACI.
- Using knowledge of the departments and divisions, consults with SMEs on the people, process, technology and change manage implications for projects.
- Supports the creation of materials and adherence to policies and procedures as part of IT Governance.
- Coordinates any requests from the technology department on audit and compliance requests.
- Solid technical understanding.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degrees in project management, business management. Information technology or related field
- 6-10 years of Project Management Experience required.
- PMP Certification Preferred
- The ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence and motivate others
- Time management and priority setting for self and others
