Project Manager I This position requires an active Public Trust clearance.
Oversee, plan, and coordinate all aspects of various IT-related projects from initiation to delivery.
Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources, and develop detailed project plans/schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate activities performed by IT staff and others by defining project scope and requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Project Manager I: [Enter$] Pay commensurate with experience.

Project Manager I Responsibilities Include:
• Evaluates and develops project plans and budgets.
• Coordinates with multiple internal and external groups.
• Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and mitigation plans.
• Ensures projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Communicates project progress to appropriate audience.
• Manages aspects of customer interface, including requirements of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Manages project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
• Participates in negotiation of requirements and changes.
• Serves as focal point and liaison between departments on project status or other project information.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned Project Manager I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
• Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or accounting and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
• Working knowledge of project management and creating and implementing project schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead, mentor and advise large teams.
