Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage multiple new product development and product support projects
Lead development and execution of project plans integrating cross-functional deliverables
Establish project metrics (scope, schedule, quality) to manage and continuously improve project performance
Collaborate with functional managers to assign appropriate skills to projects and monitors performance
Establish project budget and actively manage project budget performance
Actively manage project risk activities
Manage and coordinate project activities to deliver projects from concept to commercialization
Responsible for conducting design reviews and ensuring proper completion of project deliverables
Drives resolution of team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts
Provide timely and effective project communications to key stakeholders
Lead and/or support business process improvement activities to continuously improve project deliverables
Manages change requests, identify and document all schedule impacts, and communicate approved changes to all team members
Follows best practices, processes, and standard methods for project planning
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering plus on the job experience in project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical devices/medical diagnostics industry
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project or program management role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering or other technical field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Research & Development role.
Project Management Certification (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master

Strong knowledge of product life-cycle management and process development
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and collaboration skills
