Project Manager I - The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Project Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Mettawa, IL. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:

• $34.00 - $39.00/HR based on experience!
• 2-year contract length (potential to extend/convert based on performance/budget)– (Hybrid position – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Responsible for:
  • Assist on print, digital and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the Agency.
  • Help facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist with providing estimates and timelines.
  • Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule.
  • Track time on a daily basis.
  • Partners with creative team on project initiatives
  • Adherence to all company-wide financial policies

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree req uired.
• 2+ years of experience – some digital/marketing knowledge required.
• Agency/pharma experience a plus.
• Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written.
• High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.
