Project Manager I at Kyyba

Job Title                     : Project Manager I

Location                      : Mettawa, IL 60045

Contract Duration      : 08+ Months Contract with possibility to extend

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• This includes project planning, resource management, communications, etc.
• A CPM, has similar responsibilities but focused on managing creative projects in advertising campaigns such as working with designers, writers to creatively execute.
• Also manage the project from a creative lens—which means managing the iterative and non-linear nature of creative work.
• Essentially this person focuses more on the creative portion of the overall work stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required
• 0-1 years of ad agency experience preferred, project management and pharmaceutical experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
• Understanding of print and digital project lifecycles and different project management methodologies/styles
• Familiarity with print production process, web technologies and digital trends
• High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
