Project Manager - Brewer Global

Summary

We are searching for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and five to ten years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential construction. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively across all levels of management and with all construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five to ten years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Primavera, or similar).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of management and with all construction trades.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel.
