SUMMARY: This position is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive successful project outcomes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address concerns, and make adjustments as needed.
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among project members.
- Facilitate effective decision-making processes, providing guidance and support to project team members.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Evaluate project performance against key metrics and KPIs, implementing improvements to optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and change management documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects across various industries, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a project management role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in project management.
