Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project objectives, strategies, and performance metrics.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met within the established timelines and budget constraints.
- Serve as the primary liaison with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular project reviews and updates to keep all stakeholders informed about the project status, potential issues, and proposed solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify and manage potential risks and devise contingency plans.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with miscellaneous metals and/or structural steel.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and principles.
- Excellent strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
