Project Manager - Selectek, Inc.

A premier structural and architectural metals company in WI is looking for a
Project Manager/Estimator to manage all phases of the projects that are sold, from shop drawing to material procurement to assisting in scheduling installers to project completion.
Required:

• Solid understanding of structural systems
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Ability to read structural drawings and perform take offs
• A history of successful sales, and/or project management
• A college degree is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with department head to bid desired projects
• Prepare estimates and final bids for all bidding opportunities.
• Follow up on all bids to turn bids into sales.
• Manage all phases of the projects that are sold, from shop drawing to material procurement to assisting in scheduling installers to project completion.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Work with customers and designers to resolve problems encountered.

Location: Germantown, WI
Salary Range: $60,000-$100,000
