Job Title: Geotechnical/Deep Foundation Construction Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Geotechnical Construction Project Manager to oversee deep foundation and geotechnical construction projects. This role will involve managing site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience with deep foundations (piling, drilled shafts, micropiles) and soil stabilization is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on geotechnical construction sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Supervise and direct construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflows.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure all work complies with project specs and industry standards.
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to stay on track and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients to provide regular progress updates and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain quality control over construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Identify and resolve on-site problems or delays, providing solutions to avoid project setbacks.
- Manage project documentation, including logs, reports, and safety records.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in geotechnical or deep foundation construction.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical construction methods and safety standards.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
- OSHA 30-hour or similar safety certification required.
