We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, construction administration, and project closeout
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations
Proactively identify and address project risks and issues
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and manage expectations
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Continually seek ways to improve project performance and streamline processes
