Project Manager - Vision Staffing Solutions LLC

A leading independent provider of warehouse storage solutions nationwide, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. With six strategically located facilities across the nation, we excel in delivering turnkey, innovative, and cost-effective warehouse storage solutions to our valued customers.  

The Project Manager is responsible for working directly with the sales team, customers, and vendors to manage projects from start to finish. This position reports to the Lead Project Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution
• Review project blueprints and create project material lists
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet deadlines
• Coordinate product delivery and installation
• Work hand to hand with Sales Manager to develop detailed project plans
• Ensure projects meet timeline expectations
• Manage relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous Project Management / Coordination Experience - 3 Years Required
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Prelim Engineering - 3 Years Required
• Direct Industry-Specific Experience (Installation / Teardown of Pallet Racking & Warehouse Systems) - 3-5 Years Required
• Proficient in Quickbooks (Preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word , Excel, etc...)
• Must be self-motivated and enthusiastically willing to contribute to a positive workplace
• Must possess excellent time management skills
• Good judgment, initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Great work ethic with an exceptional sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full-time/ In office

Pay: $65,000/yr.
