Client Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Specific Responsibilities for Each Area:
Water Mitigation:
Assessment and Initial Response:
- Oversee initial damage assessments and develop a mitigation plan.

Water Extraction and Drying:
- Supervise water removal and drying processes.
- Ensure the use of appropriate equipment and techniques.
Monitoring and Documentation:
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Document all mitigation activities for insurance claims.
Mold Abatement:
Inspection and Testing Coordination:
- Arrange for thorough mold inspections and testing.
- Develop a remediation plan based on inspection results.
Containment and Removal:
- Ensure proper containment procedures to prevent mold spread.
- Oversee mold removal and disposal processes.
Post-Remediation Verification:
- Conduct post-remediation inspections to verify the absence of mold.
- Ensure air quality meets acceptable standards.
Asbestos Abatement:
