Project Manager, Financial Services - Curate Partners

Description

• Accountable for the successful delivery of a technical solution that meets the expected timeline, budget and stakeholder outcomes
• Responsible for the construction and management of a project plan that identifies critical path dates, internal & external dependencies, key milestones associated with expected outcomes and resource requirements
• Conducts project kickoff for all stakeholders and team members to ensure expectations are aligned on all aspects of the project
• Establishes project document repository and channel for team collaboration
• Establishes project meetings for all levels with the appropriate attendees and cadence
• Effectively manage, communicate and document project risks and issues
• Manages the scope of the project to ensure it meets expected outcomes, managing change where necessary
• Work closely with External Project Managers to ensure cross dependencies are appropriately communicated and delivered to meet expected dates and functionality
• Responsible for the preparation and effective reporting of overall project status as necessary
• Captures and maintains all project information in the appropriate tool(s), ensuring information is updated in a manner that is timely, accurate and easily consumable by all audiences
• Manage resources to ensure the project has the optimal team to successfully deliver
• Ensures closeout process is completed
• 8+ years of project management experience, including current role Experience in Agile and Waterfall
• Proficient in: Planview/PPM Pro, MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft Office
• Technical Experience: Data, Integrations, Applications, Databases, Portals, Platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Financial services industry experience
