Project Manager
We're seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Customer Care team, aimed at enhancing customer experiences throughout their journey. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our customer management team, franchise partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of restaurant equipment projects. Your responsibilities will include quoting equipment packages, managing orders, handling invoicing, tracking materials, and providing support in a dynamic team environment. If you excel in Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) project management, possess a knack for technical nuances, thrive on attention to detail, and boast stellar communication skills, this role could be an ideal fit for you.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Lead project coordination from inception to completion, encompassing quote setup, invoicing, procurement, customer communication, final billing, and product shipment.
- Analyze equipment plans and associated documents to estimate initial costs and freight charges for quotes.
- Collaborate closely with franchisees and construction managers to ensure alignment of equipment requirements with current quotes and plans.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors to stay updated on product offerings, pricing, lead times, and equipment specifications.
- Cultivate strong rapport with key customer personnel, franchisees, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proactively address and escalate vendor delays, operational challenges, and project risks to ensure timely completion.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a comprehensive directory of franchisees, vendors, contractors, and relevant resource materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, HVAC, or other related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to relate to well with a broad range of client’s contractors, etc.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in QSR is a huge plus.
- Excellent communicator and multitasker capable of handling multiple projects
