Project Manager - Facilities & Real Estate
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
- Monday- Friday; Hours will vary between 7:00am-6:00pm. Occasional nights/weekend as needed, minimal.
- Must be willing to travel in between site locations as needed. Main Office: Downers Grove, IL; Will be able to work remotely as available.
Summary: Real estate & facilities project management for medical/clinical sites across Chicagoland area.
- Minimal 7-10 years of design/build related project management experience required in health care, specifically in a clinical setting (clinic, pharmacy, infusion, medical office)

- Partner with Director of Real Estate to prioritize and manage projects for on-going construction, remodel/refresh and decommissioning activities.
- Plan, manage and execute real estate related projects of various sizes, scopes and budgets throughout across Duly in collaboration with leadership and associated contracted services and vendors.
- Manage project budgets, providing updates and financial reporting as needed
- Proactively manage project communication including weekly project notes, trackers/progress reports and other documentation as necessary
- Attend all required calls/meetings/site tours/discussions
- Manage related service contracts with real estate leadership (e.g., general contractor, architectural services, MEP consultants, etc.).
- Implement communication strategy around changes in facilities and building operations.
- Effectively communicate with business partners, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with outsourced FM provider to manage and prioritize all facilities requests
- Coordinate and manage most aspects of the construction and redevelopment process, including clerical tasks, detailed record management, communications with management, vendors and contractors.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and manage multiple (often competing) priorities
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Advanced knowledge of project management (specifically in a healthcare & clinical setting), facilities management, building operations, construction and design
- Ability to read and understand construction specifications, blueprints, and single line diagrams
- Solid understanding of basic PM, FM and real estate terms, including leases
- Attention to detail, strong organizational proficiency, and responsiveness
- Clear, concise and effective communication skills
- Strong financial acumen, specifically related to budget management, invoicing, vendor management and project costing
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- License or certification in relevant field is preferred (LED, PMP, FMP, CFM, SFM, Six Sigma).
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimal 7-10 years of design/build related project management experience required, specifically in a clinical setting (clinic, pharmacy, infusion, medical office)
- Facilities Management experience also preferred, specifically in a clinical environment
- Solid understanding of facilities management, general construction related trades/issues (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry), design/build, and clinical operations
- Solid understanding of clinical/medical environments and operations
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization, ability to deliver messages effectively and positively
- Responsive and thorough across all communication methods and interactions
