Houston Based Client is seeking the above for their 2^nd generation owned and operated 40yr in business and thriving Site Development company. Tight knit but welcoming group.  Pride themselves on their top-notch industry culture and core values. Company is experiencing substantial growth over the next 5yrs and you can get in a position for upward mobility.  Project Types: Commercial, Hvy Industrial, Multi Family, Retail, Hospitality, Misc. Current Avg Project Value: $300k - $8MIL, which could obviously change (bigger with expected growth).

JOB HIGHLIGHT:  Our client is seeking a results oriented , intense, and experienced Project Manager to oversee, facilitate, and report on our projects. This role will report directly to the Project Management department head. The duties of this role require a clear and thurough understanding of underground wet utilities and dirt work, a personality that enjoys details, and an analytical outlook to material, equipment, cost tracking, and subcontractors.

• Project Manager with matching project background a must
• 5+yrs experience desired
• Undergraduate degree in construction, civil engineering, or similar field of study
• Some demonstrated longevity on resume is desired
• Estimating a plus but not required
• Projects are local within the Houston Metro and surrounding
• Excellent compensation (based on background/ experience)
