NuAge Builders is seeking a qualified individual to join our quickly growing and expanding company. NuAge Builders is a general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects throughout the upper Midwest.

JobSummary/Responsibilities

Theideal candidate fortheProject Manager/Estimatorposition would havebackgroundandexperience working in the construction industry,possessstrong team-work skills, an excellent ability to multi-task and manage many details at once, be able to communicate professionally and effectively by phone and email with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and architects. The Project Manager/Estimator position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Estimatingworkoncommercialconstructionprojectsbygatheringproposals,blueprints,specs,and relateddocs

• Estimatelabor,material,andtimerequirementsinordertocomputetheoverall costsperproject

• Analyzeinformation

• Developbudgets

• Createvendorrelationships

• Createreports

• Document accurately

• Develop and maintain resource information on products, vendors, etc

JobRequirements

• Coordinateactivitiesofemployees,subcontractors&suppliersforassignedprojects

• Ensuredeadlinesaremetandkeptwithinprojectbudget

• Reviewprojectscopeanddevelopprojectschedules

• Hostprojectmeetingswithownersandsubcontractors

• Request,review,andapprovesubmittals

• Solicit bidsformaterials andsubcontractors,manageprojectRFI’s,RFP’s,andchangeorders

• ManageprojectRFI’s,RFP’sandchangeorders

• Reviewplansandspecsforassemblingproject bids

• Musthavegreatmathandcriticalthinkingskills

• ProficientinMicrosoftOffice,MicrosoftExcel,andBluebeamRevu

• Expertabilitytomanageprojecttimelinesandbudgets

• Ability to lead Commercial and or Industrial construction projects in various phases simultaneously
