Pay Range: $70,000/year or more

Primary Job Function: Manage all commercial and high-end residential construction bid jobs or design-build jobs to the total satisfaction of the customer.
Responsibilities
- Interface between service and construction departments
- Handle customer and/or contractor issues as they arise
- Estimate construction work for commercial and high-end residential projects
- Develop relationships with contractors, owners, and architects to obtain design-build work
- Schedule jobs and activities
- Monitor progress on all installation projects
- Ensure that all state and local codes are being met
- Control and reduce unspoiled labor and costs
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience in project management in the construction industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Understanding of installation department financial statements and budgeting skills
- Journeyman plumbing license is a plus!
