Role Overview:
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by identifying suitable projects, conducting thorough estimations, and overseeing the entire construction process. From project inception to completion, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and administer concrete projects, ensuring compliance with engineering principles and customer requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive estimates by gathering project information, conducting quantity take-offs, and negotiating with vendors and subcontractors.
• Review project designs and specifications to ensure alignment with company standards and contractual obligations.
• Maintain cost databases and pricing masters, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Interface with customers to address inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project superintendents, quality control, and safety teams to uphold standards and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, recommending changes and improvements as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management and estimation.
• Sales experience within the construction sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in ProContractor software is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
