Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
  
• Review project plans, specifications, and documents for accurate cost estimates
  
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs
  
• Prepare take-offs, scope of work, and bid packages for projects
  
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for quotes
  
• Analyze bid results and prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for clients
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  
• Monitor project progress and communicate with clients and team members
  
• Coordinate all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  
• Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and on time
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
  
• Knowledge of project management principles
  
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
  
• Experience with Specialty Contractors or a Self-Performing contractor
  
• Experience in sales/marketing is a plus
  

Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
