Project Manager/Estimator – Steel Component Construction

Location: Little Rock, AR (Travel Required)

Our client, a steel component construction company specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings and metal wall panels, is looking for a dynamic Project Manager/Estimator to join their team. With over 150 years of success, they’ve built a legacy of excellence while maintaining a collaborative, “mom-and-pop” culture.

What You’ll Do: As the Project Manager/Estimator, you’ll oversee construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects during procurement, design, construction, and closeout.
• Ordering materials and reviewing project budgets.
• Performing site inspections and documenting subcontractor progress.
• Collaborating with a talented team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial construction project management or estimation.
• Strong knowledge of bidding large-scale projects (up to $6.2M).
• A passion for travel—this role involves frequent trips around the Rockies.
