Project Manager Enterprise Access - Zachary Piper LLC

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager - Enterprise Access for a 100% remote position to join an incredible team responsible for overseeing and executing complex healthcare projects, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring effective resource management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager Enterprise Access role:

• Establish and enforce department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with business unit and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage the department's operating budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Oversee the selection, training, and performance evaluation of department staff, maintaining ongoing communication and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with technical project managers and digital operations leaders to execute complex projects, manage resources, and achieve objectives.

Qualifications for the Project Manager Enterprise Access role:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in project management, including comprehensive involvement in process development, execution, and oversight of multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, with the ability to allocate resources effectively and make informed financial decisions.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, or project management, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant fields.

Compensation for the Project Manager Enterprise Access role:

• Salary range: $110,00 - $130,000 *based on experience*
