Contract-to-hire: $50-$70 per hour/ $100-$140k annual salary

Our client is in search for a Project Manager or Project Engineer that ideally has Mechanical or Electrical experience. You will work with the team to define and scope out the work for their large construction projects.

Required Skills:

• Must be fluent in Mandarin
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in large construction projects
• Hospital, Datacenter, Semiconductor, Piping, etc construction PM experience
• Must have managed self-perform projects
• Experienced with full phases of building construction from pre to closeout
• Experience with Office products
• Experience with one or more construction applications (Trimble, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Vista, etc)
