Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Electrical Engineering Design, ideally in the metal rolling industry. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
As part of our growth, we are looking to add this position to support additional technology for the manufacturing design in our rolled metal facility. Pay is between 120k-160k or more depending on experience, and there is room for growth and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects related to metal rolling.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Facilitate project meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical engineering design.
- Strong understanding of metal rolling processes is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
