Long Term Contract (2 to 3 years)

Oxford Solutions has a client seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical projects for fuel power plants. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of power plant operations, high-voltage systems, and control systems. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical projects for fuel power plants, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is preferred, but candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience managing electrical projects within fuel power plant environments.
• Strong understanding of power plant operations, high voltage systems, and control systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to travel between 2 Maryland plant locations
