Salary: $90,000 - $200,000 per year

Headquartered in Southern California and with operations around the country, we are the leading EV Construction firm in the nation with expertise and experience dating back got 2008 and before. We are the leading provider of turnkey charging installation solutions from inception to commissioning, which can include the integration of solar, energy storage, software applications, and other solutions through a network of partnerships. As the preferred vendor of major utilities and EV manufacturers, we are kicking off hundreds of projects every month in Southern California alone which is why we are growing our Project Management team to handle our ballooning project volume. Our services begin with a site walkthroughs in collaboration with Utility partners, the end customer and the Manufacturers’ rep and continue all the way through to go live. Our services and solutions are focused on the design, engineering, construction, installation, and maintenance of level 2 and level 3 high power fast-charging stations, which typically serve a variety of clients including EVSPs, utilities, fleet owners, Auto and Charging OEMs.
As our Project Management team grows, we are seeking individuals with 5+ years in Solar (PV), Civil Engineering, or Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (EV) experience. Ideally 5+ years of total professional experience in one of these fields. High volume project management experience (50+ projects at a time) and a self-starting, innovative problem solving mentality. Job Details
- Coordinate multiple teams of installers and create project schedules.
- When fully ramped manage a project portfolio of 100+ pending projects at a time with 4-10 in an active construction phase at any given time
- Professional depth of knowledge of electrical componenets incluinding switchgear, inverters, photovoltaic panels and/or electric vehicle charging infrastructure
- Manage projects from first site walk and plan design through to completion
- Utilize project management spreadsheets and software.
- Collaborate with various governmental, utility, and manufacturer stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and coordination of efforts
- Procure and schedule equipment
- Manage and approve construction deisgns, change-orders, billing, etc.
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF YOU...
- 5+ years of combined professional experience in Civil Engineering, Electrical Contracting, or Construction Management with empahsis on Solar (PV) or EV installations
- Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act as relates to parking lots a strong plus but not required (we can train you)
- Have high volume project experience (managing 50+ projects at a time)
- Accrediation as an Electrician, Electrical Engineer, or Civil Engineer or commensurate professional experience
- Are exceptionally organized and able to manage minute details in a high volume of projects with an array of stake-holders while working in a remote location (your home office!)
- Strong initiative, ability to problem solve, and desire to improve processes/develop reusable internal tools
